Our resident humorist Sylvia Toh Paik Choo spends a morning checking out The New Paper Big Walk route from The Central to Marina Barrage.

She makes some interesting discoveries but, alas, couldn't help "an old lady" find her lost chihuahua.

En route, she joins the corporate bunch for lunch and marvels, in her inimitable style, at the changes in the city.

Her advice to Big Walkers? Don't forget to take along a Good Morning towel to wipe your sweat and use it to shield your head from the blazing sun.
