A forensic psychiatric evaluation revealed that law professor Tey Tsun Hang, 42, could have been feigning his mental condition, Deputy Public Prosecutor Andre Jumabhoy said during the sex-for-grades trial yesterday.

Govt server network lags

The Government server network was lagging yesterday morning. Only the Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Education were not affected.

It was not just civil servants who were inconvenienced.
