Feeling targeted, she embarked on a heated exchange with the elderly woman.

Priority seats on buses & trains are meant for elderly, disabled & pregnant women so that these category of people can have the seats within reach without having to stand or go right in to find a seat. They are the needy ones becos of their shortcomings.
For able-bodied people, please try to keep these priority seats available at all times . You never know when needy people board the buses or trains.
