Neighbour allegedly threatens to hurt mum-to-be

For more than a year, Mr James Tan and his wife Agnes had to deal with the alleged aggressive antics of their next-door neighbour.

The couple lodged a magistrate’s complaint against the neighbour, divorcee Liao Feng Chu.

She was arrested on Aug 16 for alleged criminal intimidation.
