Polytechnic student Kenneth Khoo, 21, was jogging at Jalan Tenaga, off Bedok Reservoir Road, when he saw what looked like a four-car pile-up on the opposite side of the road.

What he was actually witnessing was one of the raids conducted by the Central Narcotics Bureau, with nearly $200,000 worth of drugs and two luxury cars being seized.

Yesterday, the CNB revealed details of the operation that saw simultaneous raids being carried out in various parts of the island.
