HE IS no longer living in Singapore, but Aaron Aziz will always have a place in his heart for the land of his birth.
Despite moving to Malaysia to pursue an acting career and being based in Kuala Lumpur, the star of local cop drama Heartlanders stressed that he hasn't given up on the local scene.
Aaron was back in town recently to promote his new Malaysian TV series Habil Qabil (Abel & Cain), a loose adaptation of the biblical story which revolves around the sibling rivalry between two brothers. It airs over Sensasi (StarHub Ch 123) on weekends at 8.30pm.
He was also "very overwhelmed" by the strong fan reaction and commercial success of KL Gangster, which packed Rex Cinemas when it was shown here in June and July.
