For someone who stands on the cusp of Hollywood stardom, Benjamin Walker seems oddly reluctant to embrace his newfound fame.
The Juilliard-trained American actor, 30, who is the leading man of new action-fantasy flick Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, is bent on playing down any media hype about his becoming this summer’s breakout movie star.
Perhaps it is because he is careful to avoid any links with one of the queens of Hollywood - multiple Oscar winner Meryl Streep, who is his mother-in-law.
