Kate Middleton (above) and Prince William were having breakfast yesterday when they were told some unpleasant news - the paparazzi had struck again and the Duchess of Cambridge was their latest “victim”.

A French magazine, Closer, published topless pictures of Ms Middleton sunbathing while they were holidaying in Provence in south-eastern France on the Mediterranean.

Shock, disgust and bewilderment followed as the pictures unleashed a media tornado all over the world.

The couple, who left Malaysia last night, have launched a lawsuit against Closer for breaching their right to privacy by printing the topless pictures, sources told AFP.

While,

It is her own fault. The saying " You reap what you sow" is what she is having.

You, Kate, of all people should be on the alert for parapazzi everywhere you go, be it in public, your private castle or a private hide-out in remote France.

You, Kate, have now learned the lesson the hard way ... DO NOT GO TOPLESS OR NUDE. COVERS UP LIKE WHAT YOU DID IN MALAYSIA IS WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE LEARNED TO DRESS.

You wanna a sun bath? Get it in your own private swimming pool well hidden behind the walls of your castle or get it on top of Marina Bay Sand where no pipping eyes can reach you.

Learn the Asian way of dressing up instead. The more you cover up, the more sexy will you be protraited. All this loose dressing makes one look cheap!
