Buoyed by a masterful attacking display in the first 45 minutes, when Singapore rebounded from conceding a 24-second goal to maul Malaysia's defence and race to a 4-1 lead, national football coach Raddy Avramovic has promised that his team will not sit back on their 5-3 lead.

While uncertain whether there will be another goal fest, the 61-year-old Serb told The New Paper before he leads his team up to Kuala Lumpur today: "Defending for 90 minutes is not a guarantee for us to go through (to the third round of the World Cup Qualifiers). Attacking would be a better guarantee."
