Bak chang: It's a wrap!

Wrapping bak chang or rice dumplings requires as much patience and fortitude as rowing a dragon boat.

The test of your wrapping skills is when you boil the dumplings – those wrapped incorrectly are bound to burst, leaving a tell-tale trail of filling and loose grains of rice floating in the cooking liquid.
