HE HAS no regrets.
La Galaxy superstar David Beckham insists he is happy with his decision move to America, reported Sky Sports.
The former England captain made a surprise switch to Major League Soccer in 2007, but many pundits felt he called time on his European career too soon.
"I have no regrets. Not one about wherever I have played and whatever I have done, I don't think you can live your life like that.
"I always have to be sure about the decisions I have made. People may think it was the wrong decision for me to move over to America but I am fully confident with the decision I made.
"I was successful in Europe for many years; won many trophies with Manchester United and played at two of the biggest clubs in the world. I was successful at Real Madrid and I needed a new challenge, and I have enjoyed that challenge."
The 36-year-old's contract runs out at the end of the MLS season and he is highly likely to receive offers from clubs in the Premier League.
But Beckham said that there is only one team in England that he loves.
He said: "I have always said that Manchester United is my one love and to play for another Premiership team would be difficult for me."
