Brothers cleared of charge of lewd act with 12-year-old girl

With their tattoos and demeanour, the Choong brothers cut a mean picture. And they also have criminal records.

So when a girl, 12, said she performed oral sex on them, few believed the brothers, Woon How, 30, and Woon Fah, 26, were innocent.

In February, they were hauled to court and were charged with having oral sex with the girl on Jan 8, 2009, at about 9.30am. Woon How faced another charge of oral sex with her on Jan 17. These alleged acts had occurred with her consent.

But yesterday, the brothers walked out as free men. They were granted a discharge amounting to acquittal for the three charges.

Folks, don't be stupid to think that the story is over. That girl will face problem now. She will be beaten up. Not just by these 2 guys. Whenever there is wrongfully accused case or even genuine case... almost everytime there is a revenge or payback time. Only that the police never tell You.
