The man who was stabbed on Sunday at Sunhaven condominium at Upper Changi Road East, near Simei, is believed to be a vice-president in a foreign bank.

The New Paper understands that he is a 46-year-old Australian expatriate. He is believed to be the boyfriend of a Filipino transvestite who allegedly stabbed him that evening.

The 23-year-old Filipino, who is here on a social visit pass and who allegedly fled the scene in a taxi, was arrested and is now in custody.
