FOR 10 years, they lived together in a four-room flat in Choa Chu Kang. And to some neighbours we spoke to, they were seen as a loving couple.
But two months ago, things began to change.
The couple were heard quarrelling in their unit on the 15th floor at Block 474, Choa Chu Kang, Avenue 3.
The argument? Over the poor results of their youngest son, who is 10 years old, said Chinese evening dailies quoting neighbours.
But on Friday the 13th yesterday, their quarrel got out of hand on the 13th floor.
The wife, who was in her 40s, fell from height and died on the spot. The husband, who was bleeding from his head, was sent to the National University Hospital.
