WHEN Justin Bieber made a guest appearance on TV series CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, he was labelled a "brat" by leading lady Marg Helenberger.

Now, it's R&B singer-songwriter Ne-Yo's turn to guest-star as an assassin in the hit crime drama's spin-off series, CSI: NY - minus the off-screen antics.

Speaking to The New Paper in a phone interview from Los Angeles, Ne-Yo said he got on well with the show's regular cast members like Gary Sinise and Sela Ward.
