A cyclist stopped his bicycle in front of a double decker bus at a bus stop at Jalan Bukit Merah on Tuesday in a fit of anger.
The unidentified Caucasian man marched onto the bus, which was service number 197, and accused the driver of trying to force him off the road.
A netizen, known only as Frederic, posted about the incident on citizen journalism website, Stomp, on Thursday.
He said he had been a passenger on the bus and that the cyclist later phoned the police and claimed that he was not letting the bus go until officers arrived.
Because of this, he said, several passengers decided to get off the bus and wait for another one, much to their annoyance.
Some netizens have criticised the cyclist for his behaviour.
