Decomposed body found at Clementi

At midnight yesterday, a heavily wooded area across Clementi Road - opposite the National University of Singapore - was cordoned off by about a dozen police officers.

The reason for the search: Police said they had found a decomposed human body around 6.15pm yesterday.

A passer-by told The New Paper: "I saw a man in a white sanitary suit carrying a chain-saw. With so many police officers, it must be something serious."
