CALL it double taxation: Smokers who are carrying Singapore duty-paid cigarettes back into town are required to pay duties for them, again.

And if you fail to declare your possession of the cigarettes, you could be accused of smuggling.

Worse still, if you a repeat offender, there is a possibility that your car would be impounded, and even auctioned off.
