Drink buddies' quarrel turns bloody in Woodlands

The two men and two women were drinking beer at a coffee shop in Woodlands yesterday evening (June 22), when one of the women started screaming.

Witnesses said the two men had started arguing. The taller one punched the shorter one till he fell to the floor, and continued to kick him.

The shorter man then ran to the centre of the road at Woodlands Drive 14, and allegedly whipped out a parang and slashed the taller man.
