Ex-principal cleared for corruption?

HE WAS previously accused by his staff for bullying, corruption, coercion and fraud.

But is Mr Charles Surin, the former principal of Hai Sing Catholic School, now in the clear?

One person strongly believes so.

This man, who wanted to be known only as Mr Lim, formerly an external vendor for the school, said: "I was told by the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau (CPIB) that the case is officially closed."

Mr Surin couldn't be reached for comment yesterday.
