Expat wanted by police in molest case

Yet another expatriate is involved in an outrage of modesty case, making it the fourth such incident involving an expatriate in one month, August.

Yesterday, police sent a press release with a photo of a plump Caucasian man with white hair. He is wanted for investigations into a case of outrage of modesty at Boat Quay last Friday.

Is it a case of cultural misunderstanding on what is acceptable behaviour?
