'Expensive' DBSS flats at Centrale 8 snapped up

TOO expensive, they complained.

Yet when the new Design, Build and Sell Scheme (DBSS) flats at Centrale 8 was opened for booking from Monday, the more expensive units were quickly snapped up.

The New Paper estimates that about 40 per cent of the development has been booked, based on the "sold" stickers , as of 7pm yesterday.

Some 10 out of 12 of the expensive five-room flats located on the top-most 16th floor were already sold.
