Singapore Grand Prix chairman Teo Hock Seng is confident that the fifth iteration of the SingTel Singapore GP this weekend will be a sold-out.
Speaking to The New Paper at the launch of the new Ferrari F12berlinetta road car yesterday at the Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, he said that the organisers have made improvements to the race and preparations had been smooth as relevant personnel - such as contractors and technical officials - are now very familiar with their responsibilities and expectations.
The race weekend will see the local debut of the Ferrari Challenge Asia Pacific, a one-make series that comprises professional drivers and track novices.
