Fan takes 8 hours to get aisle seats for Lady Gaga concert

Some Lady Gaga Fans were shocked yesterday to find themselves without concert tickets although they had received SMS alerts from American Express confirming their purchases.

Mr Desmond Charles had taken advantage of the two-day advance sale of concert tickets for Amex card-holders.

With his hefty frame, he needed aisle seats and was dismayed to realise the good aisle seats had been sold out by the time he found out that he didn't have the tickets.

After 8 hours of wrangling with Sistic - culminating in a trip to the Kallang outlet - he was finally offered a pair of aisle seats.

But unlike him, there are others who will have to try again when the tickets go on sale for the public at 10am on Monday.
