PHIL JONES is a star in the making - and the new Manchester United recruit has what it takes to be a future club captain.

That's the opinion of a former Red Devil who knows the feeling of skippering the Premier League giants - Gary Neville.

The recently retired United full-back is in Singapore on holiday and The New Paper's Gary Lim got the opportunity to speak to footballer-turned-pundit.
