Haircuts, fruits and shoulder massages - these are some of the deals you can get for 10 cents each this month as part of the Heartland Fiesta.

The promotion was launched last week and will end on July 27.

Hair salon Evolution Hub (above) in Jurong is offering haircuts, for hair lengths no longer than your shoulders, for only 10 cents this Saturday from 10am to 11am.

Mrs June Chan, the owner of the salon, said: “Such promotions make the area here more vibrant and people take more notice of heartland shops.”
