He changes lifestyle for bike contest

Mortgage broker Ron Ng, 30, doesn’t own a bicycle but he is striving to win a prize in The New Paper Cycle Quest 2012.

To this end, he has changed his diet and started jogging regularly.

There will be 150 pairs of cyclists taking part in the inaugural fun cycling event, which is centred around a treasure hunt and involves participants solving puzzles and overcoming challenges to get to checkpoints which lead to the final destination.

There are more than $3,000 worth of cash prizes to be won in this contest.
