He gropes her, then punches her

A female server of a Clarke Quay restaurant-bar was helping a female customer when she felt someone grab her right buttock.

When she confronted the culprit, Francis Lawrence Del Rosario, 30, he pushed and then punched her.

Earlier in the restaurant-bar, he was caught on CCTV doing the same thing to a guest relations officer.

Rosario pleaded guilty to outraging the modesty of the two women in court yesterday and will be sentenced on Aug 7.

This guy needs at least a year in prison before he can really under what the heck is wrong with him.

Go to jail and be release on the year 2013.

Throw this Francis Lawrence Del Rosario MotherF into the dungeon full of rapist convicts!

That will be the best reward for his stupidious acts against ladies!

And if he is a foreigner, gives him the boot!
