HE spoke for 20 minutes, about as long as the PAP candidates at the rally last night.

Except, he isn't a candidate.

Mr Chin Harn Tong was the second last speaker at the PAP rally at Serangoon Stadium.

The Hainanese, 73, switched dialects efforlessly rousing the crowd with his jokes and salvos fired at the Workers’ Party (WP) for Aljunied.
