Ask Mr Scott Voong to scale a skyscraper to clean windows and he doesn't bat an eyelid, but dealing with rich, and picky, residential owners makes him wince.

This professional window cleaner is a stickler for safety and it drives him batty to see or hear of maids being sent out with just cloth and pail.
