Madam Cheng Sow Keng, 65, can't help but fawn over her swimming instructor of just over a year.

The housewife has lost count of the number of friends that she has recommended to Mr Foo Fook Jee.

But Mr Foo is not your typical swimming instructor - he is neither tan, buff, nor young.

In fact, he just turned 82 in June earlier this year.

The great-grandfather of two has been giving swimming lessons to senior citizens for the past 18 years – free of charge.
