High court case over HDB flat sale

THEY agreed to sell their four-room flat in Sengkang for $290,000.

But Mr V Jayaram and his wife, who are in their 60s, later backed out of the deal.

The buyers, Mr Chokkanathan Palanimuthu and his wife, who already paid them $5,000 for the cash-over-valuation (COV) premium, took the case to the High Court.
