Former Home United reserve goalkeeper Muhammad Siddiq Durimi, 24, who went off the radar in March last year amid controversy, has resurfaced - as a Manhunt finalist.
Now a freelance technician, Siddiq had run into problems with moneylenders and took a loan from Home United to repay his debts. He was dropped from the team and the S-League after missing several weeks of training last year.
Still unable to settle his debts and unable to land a steady job, he decided to join Manhunt at the suggestion of his godsister. But he claims that he didn't realise that the move would put him back in the limelight.
