Hungarians arrested over match-fixing have links with S'pore

A MAN linked to Singaporean kelong king Wilson Raj Perumal has been arrested in Hungary, the latest country to be implicated in the match-fixing expose in Europe.

Another suspect linked to Wilson Raj fled Hungary and was arrested in Peru.

Scant consolation for Singapore is that our football match-fixers are not the only ones mentioned by investigators.

It seems that other Asian syndicates are also involved in the Balkan state.
