LINDSAY Lohan will be returning to the screens.
For now at least.
Last week, the former Disney child star made a surprise appearance at a press conference for the movie, entitled “Gotti: Three Generations”, where she was initially expected to be play infamous mobster John Gotti Sr’s elder daugther, Victoria.
Then, earlier this week media reports said she’d been dropped from the cast.
But Lohan managed to hustle her way back into the film.
She will not be playing Victoria, though. Instead, she’ll play Kim, Gotti’s daughter-in-law.
It was reported last Thursday that Lohan pleaded Marc Fiore, the movie's producer, to give her another shot.
“We had a little rocky road today, but Lindsay definitely revived the situation,” said the producer.
Lohan will have to juggle between court appearances and filming over the next year, after she opted to contest a jewellery theft charge against her.
She said: “I’m really excited to be back on set and clear up all the misinterpretations about me and show this is what I love to do.”
