A little bit of love goes a long way

Some brought along their mums.

Others had their boyfriends in tow for the 20th edition of The New Paper New Face walk-in auditions held at *Scape, off Orchard Road, last Saturday afternoon.

The mums and boyfriends were there to give moral support to the contestants.

The four-hour event attracted some 250 hopefuls, with the judges selecting 80 for Round 2. They will be joining another batch of girls who were handpicked earlier, boosting the field to about 130.
