IT WAS Madam Candelaria Chovet and Mr Hermann Zapp's dream when they first met in 1978 - to travel around the world.

And since they began from their hometown of Buenos Aires in January 2000, Mr and Mrs Zapp have been driving around the world in an 83-year-old 1928 Graham-Paige 610 for 11 years.

While they started their journey as a pair, the Zapps has since grown into a family of 6, with each of their four children conceived in different places around the world.

Pampa, the oldest of the Zapp children, stands with the car as it is transported over the sea by boat from the Philippines to Borneo
