Maid goes down and up again

She had gone to the kitchen to check if it was raining, when she saw a maid in her 20s standing outside her window grille.

The neighbour, who lives on the fourth floor of a block at Woodlands Avenue 6, recounted the drama to The New Paper yesterday, saying the maid was pleading to her.

She said: "I didn't know what to do. I was afraid she would fall. I told her not to move."

She then alerted the police.
