Man poses as doctor to molest young girls

To convince his young victims that he was a doctor, he went around with a “stethoscope”, which was in fact a mobile phone earpiece.

To complete his guise, Ng Ban Keong, 55, also carried a thermometer and surgical gloves.

Between 2004 and 2010, the the former human resource manager preyed on seven young girls to satisfy his perverse sexual urges. He targeted children between nine and 12 years old because they were “more trusting and compliant”.

Ng, 55, pleaded guilty in a district court yesterday to three counts of molestation and one count of sexually penetrating a minor below 14 years old.
