Parents of Methodist Girls' School (MGS) students will need to pay higher school fees from next year - $335 a month. School fees are now about $295 a month.

This is due to a rise in operating costs, said MGS principal Shirleen Ong.

Parents The New Paper spoke to said they were okay with the changes.

Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) will also be increasing its school fees from next year.
