Being a private investigator here is nowhere near as thrilling as people imagine, says Mr Lawrence Koh.

The 42-year-old has been in the business for more than two decades, spending his time chasing after cheating spouses and vandals.

Staking out budget hotels is all in a days work for Mr Koh, but he draws the line at anything illegal.

Ten years ago, he says he had more women wanting to keep tabs on their husbands. Now he sees more men checking on their wives.
