Nat Ho's father found

It began with an argument with his father, which turned into a 24-hour island-wide manhunt, public appeals on Facebook and a missing person's report to cops. Then it all ended with a phone call to say all is well.

When Nathaniel Ho's father went missing on Monday after leaving behind what his family believed to be a suicide note via e-mail, the actor-singer frantically appealed online for help to search for his dad, Mr Ho Shih Meng.

The 55-year-old man, who became uncontactable after a shouting match with Ho over cleaning up his room, finally called his wife after walking from Jurong East to Woodlands.
