This year’s stage for the National Day Parade (NDP) is set to take the cake.
A 12m-by-12m elevating stage will rise to a height of 10.25m and take the shape of a cake to celebrate the nation’s birthday.
The stage, which allows a better view of the performers, will take on different forms during the show.
This NDP will also be the first time that digital floor projectors are used, to provide the perception of a seamless floor to screen graphics.
