After spending five years under Ferguson at Old Trafford, former Manchester United defender Paul Parker is convinced there will be no unrest despite the embarrassment of attacking talents at the Theatre of Dreams.

But Parker, and other TNP analysts Ray Houghton and Barry Whitbread, all feel that van Persie will get along with Rooney like a house on fire, not just in terms of scoring, but also because of the sheer number of assists they can conjure.
