Secured staff at American Express still unhappy

THEY are retained despite an ongoing retrenchment exercise.

But the staff at American Express (Amex) - which currently operates foreign currency outlets at Changi Airport - are still unhappy.

When Amex lost its tender to RHB Bank Berhad Singapore earlier this year, they had to retrench over 100 of its staff.
