BIG Shaq may be rapped by the police.
TMZ reported that Shaquille O'Neal has been questioned by police over the alleged kidnap and brutal beating of a man who claimed to have a sex tape showing the star committing adultery while he was married to Shaunie.
Los Angeles law enforcement sources said a member of the Main Street Mafia Crip Gang who is friends with the retired basketball superstar - along with 6 other members - went on a search and destroy mission in February.
They believed a man named Robert Ross had the sex tape and the gang tried to retrieve it from him with guns.
TMZ reported: "According to the police report, the seven gang members met up with Ross at a convenience store - Pink Dot - on the Sunset Strip. The men allegedly surrounded Ross' Rolls Royce Phantom with guns drawn, jumped into Ross' car and ordered him to drive to Rowles' house in South Central L.A."
"Once there, Rowles allegedly pistol whipped Ross and demanded that he turn over the sex tape. Ross said he would get the tape and bring it back to them. The seven men then allegedly took Ross' Rolex, diamond chain and earrings, along with $15,000 in cash - then let Ross go."
The gang have since been arrested and charged with robbery, kidnapping and other crimes.
Ross, who works as a promoter, was a business partner of O'Neal, 39.
He claimed that the star offered 50% of profits for any artist he brought in when they were working on a record label. Ross claimed he delivered Ray J but got cut out of the deal.
Ross later announced publicly that he had possession of an adulterous sex tape featuring O'Neal with reality TV star Nicole Alexander.
LAPD detectives interviewed O'Neal to determine if he had any involvement in the crimes. But police said he was not listed as a suspect.
