Singapore a top 10 city for hot babes?

Singapore is among the top 10 cities in the world with the most beautiful women, said travel writer Ken Hegan in an article he wrote for web portal Canada MSN Travel.
But his praise for women here - whom he described as "sleek, sweet and sophisticated" - had some netizens scoffing derisively.
We also headed out to find out if Singaporeans agreed.

Look at Westerners ... they look sexy, pretty and all when they are in their early twenties.
BUT, when they are in the late twenties without make ups etc... at close look their skins are hideous.
In their twenties, they look like in their forties!
