A retired couple from China dreamed of seeing 100 countries in five years.
But with a combined savings of just 100,000 yuan (S$20,000), Mr Lee Lin Xiang, 66, and his wife, Madam Zhuo Ya Fan, 62, knew that it would be impossible to do so.
So they spent a year and 20,000 yuan building a solar-powered trishaw that would take them to their desired destinations.
Last August, they left Shenyang in China and have since visited Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Thailand and Malaysia.
They arrived in Singapore on Tuesday.
