Stall rented at $21-a-month yet to open

The $21-a-month Taman Jurong hawker centre stall (above) has not opened for business.

More than three months after successfully tendering $21 for the unit, the stall holder has yet to make an appearance.

It could be because of a double whammy - an unfavourable location and stiff competition from over 120 hawkers.
