These details emerged following the death of Madam Loh Kwai Lan, 42, who was stabbed to death at a Johor Baru pub on Monday night. The killer was someone she knew from an earlier gambling session at a pub in Johor Baru.
Madam Loh was stabbed despite she and her husband, Mr Wong Wee Ping, 43, paying the gambling debt of RM1,200 (S$485), claimed her god-brother, an odd-job worker who wished to be identified only as Mr Chien, 50.
